I have horrible sciatica. Like, I can't walk type of pain. I had a friend give me some of these little patches to try and honestly thought, yeah right. I live in a wooded area in Florida. A spider got in my room and bit me while i was sleeping! Super itchy, burning, red and super swollen. We had the patches in our cabinet for back pain, but the packaging says all pain and inflammation, so we put some all around the bite in a circle. The pain and itching went away immediately, seriously! Then, the next day most of the redness and swelling was gone. I workout harder than I should. I can't help it. The other day at the gym I pulled my hamstring. Burning like crazy and stopped me dead in my tracks. Super easy product! My arm was killing me from golf injury. I took 2  patches and threw them on. Within an hour not only did the pain go from a 7 down to a 1, but I had complete range of motion back. These patches are a no brainer.
